TLOS now exists on three blockchains – Telos, Ethereum and BSC (renamed BNB). While TLOS is fundamentally used on the Telos blockchain, it is also added on other blockchains for reasons such as liquidity and exposure. They’re pegged 1:1 which means that 1 TLOS on Telos is the same as 1 TLOS on Ethererum (erc20) and BSC (bep20). You can bridge/transfer TLOS between blockchains as per your convenience and needs.
The infographic below shows some of the main bridges between Telos and other blockchains:
This article describes the primary methods used to bridge TLOS.
You will need a TLOS account. If you don’t have a Telos account, follow these simple steps.
The primary methods to bridge your TLOS are:
- Using the pNetwork dApp - For Telos native only
- Using a Centralized Exchange (CEX) - For Telos Native & EVM
- Elk Finance - For Telos EVM
- Using Multichain (DEX) to send Telos to EVM from BSC and Ethereum
Method 1: pNetwork dApp
pNetwork is a partner of Telos and has implemented the crosschain bridges. It supports
- Telos to Ethereum,BSC
- Ethereum, BSC to Telos
Important Note: Using pTokens is for Telos Native only, not Telos EVM.
1a. Telos to Ethereum / Telos to BSC
To bridge/convert your TLOS from Telos to Ethereum/Binance Smart Chain, follow the steps below:
- Go to https://dapp.ptokens.io
- Select the coin icon in the ‘From’ swap option, search for ‘TLOS’ and select native.
-
- On the ‘to’ option, select Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain, whichever blockchain you wish to bridge to.
- Click ‘Connect Wallet’ and connect your wallet to the website by approving it from your wallet/signer.
- Recommended wallet/signer: Anchor
- Enter the amount and your Ethereum/BSC address.
- Click ‘Swap’ and approve the transaction from your wallet/signer.
- You will receive your TLOS shortly (typically 2-5 minutes). Transactions on Telos are instant, but the other blockchain might take some time.
- Add TLOS as a custom token on your wallet to view the balance.
Important Notes:
- Contract address on Ethererum: 0x7825e833d495f3d1c28872415a4aee339d26ac88
- Contract address on BSC: 0xb6c53431608e626ac81a9776ac3e999c5556717c
- Network: Ethereum/Smart Chain
- Name: pTokens TLOS
- Symbol: TLOS
- Decimals: 18
You have successfully transferred your TLOS to Etheruem/Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
In case your Telos-based wallet isn’t supported, you can follow this alternative method:
- Go to the ‘Send’ option on your wallet.
- In the receiver’s address, enter xeth.ptokens (if you are bridging to Ethereum) and xbsc.ptokens (if you are bridging to BSC).
- In the memo, enter your Ethereum/BSC address.
- Enter the amount and proceed to transfer/send your TLOS.
You will receive your TLOS shortly.
1b. Ethereum to Telos / BSC to Telos
Follow the steps below to bridge/convert your TLOS from Ethereum/Binance Smart Chain to Telos:
- Go to https://dapp.ptokens.io
- Select the coin icon in the ‘To’ swap option, select Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain, whichever blockchain you wish to bridge to.
- On the ‘to’ option, search for ‘TLOS’ and select native.
- Click ‘Connect Wallet’. Connect your wallet to the website by approving it from your wallet/signer.
- Supported wallets/signers: WalletConnect, Portis, Fortmatic. (Trust wallet and Metamask included)
- Enter the amount and your Telos address/Telos account name (typically 12 characters long)
- Click ‘Swap’ and approve the transaction from your wallet/signer.
- Note: You will be required to pay gas fees (unlike on Telos).
- You will receive your TLOS shortly (typically 2-5 minutes)
You have successfully transferred your Etheruem/BSC to TLOS.
Method 2: Using a Centralized Exchange (CEX)
TLOS is listed on Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) – such as T-Swaps, Uniswap and Pancakeswap - and also on Centralized Exchanges (CEX) – such as Kucoin, MEXC and Probit.
These CEX platforms support TLOS deposits and withdrawals on multiple blockchains. Easily bridge your TLOS by depositing from one blockchain and withdrawing to the other.
What to consider while using a CEX to bridge:
- Availability of the deposits and withdrawals of the blockchains you would be using to bridge TLOS.
- Withdrawal limits and fees charged.
- Speed and Safety – Kucoin is the preferred choice. It is tier 1.
Important Note: Make sure to use both the deposit address and memo while depositing TLOS from Telos on a CEX. Always keep a secure backup of your wallet private keys.
Method 3: Elk Finance
1. Connect your wallet
2. Swap for ELK
3. Bridge the ELK
Method 4: Send TLOS to EVM from BSC using Multichain (DEX)
This section describes the process of adding Telos to tEVM from BSC (renamed BNB Mainnet) using Multichain.
- Go to https://app.multichain.org/#/router
- In the 'From' box, select 'TLOS pTokens' and 'BNB Chain Mainnet' or
- Enter the amount of TLOS you want to send
- In the 'To' box, select 'TLOS (Bridge)' on 'Telos Mainnet' (which points to EVM in this case).

Method 5: Rubic
Since Rubic aggregates several DEXs, users can execute On-Chain Swaps and Bridges on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Harmony, Gnosis Chain, Avalanche, Fantom, Moonriver, Solana, Arbitrum, Aurora, NEAR, and Telos networks. By also utilizing external DEXs, users are ensured the best possible rates.
Important Note: The TLOS listed on Rubic is Telos EVM, not Telos native.
eg.
- Go to https://app.rubic.exchange
- Connect your wallet/signer
- In the upper box, select the token that you wish to bridge
- Enter the amount
- In the lower box, select the token (and network) you wish to bridge to
The platform will automatically define the best route via existing DEXs.
